This kind of issue happens, when there is an error within your page’s HTML structure, for example the <head>...</head> tags are missing, or you have a PHP error that stops your website’s codes before everything would finish. If you just started creating your theme, I suggest following our documentation about how it should be done, and that sample code should be a good starting point for you.
But if you have already made more codes in your theme and you cannot pinpoint the issue by checking our documentation, then please right click on your page -> choose View page source -> copy/paste the entire code of your website into a txt file and send it to us: support@nextendweb.com
