CSS image placement problem with ie

  • I’m looking for help with a display problem in ie. I’m not an experienced designer, but I do have the blog looking how I’d like it in FF, Safari, Netscape on mac and PC.

    My issue is that my images will not appear until the navigation sidebar content has ended. If somebody can help it’d be greatly appreciated.

    My theme is an edited version of red-train 1.0

  • It looks fine in IE7, but IE6 is more finnicky I think. It could just be that some of the pictures are a little too wide?

    Ah man, you totally nailed it! Is there a simple way to allow the 500 pix wide images to not be forced below like that? Making them all 495 is a bit of a hassle!

    I have just figured out how to edit the style.css sheet to allow slightly wide margins… All set. Thanks asfodel!
