CSS ideas

I purchased the AWSM Team Pro version. I have set my teams pages up using Drawer Preset Style 1. I like the basic setup but have two questions re CSS.

I really like format used on https://pentec-consulting.eu/our-team/
Do you have any documentation explaining how I can place the team members name and designation at the bottom of the image and how to format the drawer to include am image.
Also how do I change the color of the scroll bar that is on the drawer.

Any help would be appreciated.
