• Hi. I was testing the plugin on local environment. And there is a CSS/HTML issue as the form and description are below the wheel and hence the user can’t see it.

Screenshot of the issue : https://prntscr.com/kmnpfk

I also tried it on a different live domain and the issue remains the same.

Please let me know if you could assist here.

    Thank you!

    Hi Julian!

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

And yes I am using a Mac.

I was troubleshooting it and do you think this is an issue? – https://prntscr.com/kmnqj8

    Hello prateekk,
This problem only happens on Mac, we are working on an update for it. Please wait for a few days.

    Hello Julian,

Sure. That sounds good. I’ll test it on windows to let you know.

Also suddenly the plugin stopped shooting emails. Do you have any idea why that would happen? I deactivated and reactivated it, still the emails are not going through. Till yesterday they were.

    Thanks.

@julianvu – same problem here; additionally, shouldn’t the width of the wheel_content_right div be set in a responsive way using a percentage or ’em’ units? It’s set to a fixed pixel size which seems to be the problem.
