CSS Heights Change On Reload?

  • The height of my page changes when I refresh the website..

    Go to my site… then click my logo on my left side of my navbar.. when the page refreshes there is suddenly space the first section and the navbar.. if I refresh again, sometimes the space goes away… How can I eliminate the auto resizing?
