CSS Formatting – Remove Black Sections Above and Below Video

Great plugin, thanks for building it!
I’ve tried to inspect element on the lightbox video popup, but am getting no where.
When the youtube video comes up, on your example site and on my site as well, there are sections of black blank area above and below the video. I’d much prefer to have the video completely framed by the white border.
Could you offer some guidance on where to make specific CSS adjustments?
