CSS Formatting of Directory Output

I’m using the Directory & Add-ons plugin with Gravity Forms on our employee directory at https://www.wpcc.edu/directory . I’d like to adjust the widths of some of the columns but can’t find any place where I can input column widths to control the output. Can this be done or does it require additional software (like GravityView)? Font size and formatting of characters are fine. I just want control over the table so I can distribute the elements so they are more easily legible.
