CSS Formatting, and PHP Notices

    This plugin loses CSS formating. See the image in the other threads as it’s exactly the same. Setup is also the same, tested on TwentyFourteen to make sure it wasn’t a theme issue.

    Also there are PHP notices that should be fixed:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: show_dropdown in /XXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/my-category-order/mycategoryorder.php on line 347
PHP Notice: Undefined index: show_last_updated in /XXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/my-category-order/mycategoryorder.php on line 348
PHP Notice: Undefined index: show_count in /XXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/my-category-order/mycategoryorder.php on line 349
