    Hello!

I am using Event Post on several sites, but they all have dark background. That means that whenever a new version of Event Post is released and I update, I will manually have to change the eventpost.min.css file. That is quite a lot of work, so I wonder if there is any chance of implementing a chance to choose between bright and dark version for example in the event settings, or if there could be one way of saving my current css options and colors, so that they will not be lost during updates.

Here you can see an example of what I am speaking about:

Thanks a lot and look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi,
a dark display is a good idea. I think I’ll implement this feature in a future release.

A this time, I can see you have enabled jetpack on your site.
Jetpack comes with a custom CSS feature were you can set your rules wich will survive at each update !
In other cases, this kind of stylish can be set in the theme.

    Hi,
I’ve a lil’ bit forgotten this issue. Since a while, the background is colored with opacity, which make the event-bar prettier on dark themes.

    Hello,

thanks for writing and thanks for updating. I just did a quick check and deleted my settings from Jetpack CSS concerning the Event Post and black background, and though some things are working better, the event list is still totally unreadable on a black or a dark background, so still do hope that sometime in the future a black background option will be added !

Some adjustments in version 3.5.3 should do the job. can you confirm ?

    Hello,
just checked it out and working great! Thanks a lot! By the way, I liked the old date picker better than the new one, was much easier to select dates quicker…
