CSS font rendering issues on mac

    I just built a site for Matthew Good located at https://www.matthewgood.org/mblog

    I’ve noticed a problem. When repeatedly mousing over certain text links (for instance, the register/login link located at bottom left), the characters between the links (like the pipe [|] and forward slash [/]) both seem to get thicker on each pass.

    Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?
