CSS File Manipulation for no captcha recaptcha

hi friends

i have used no captcha recaptcha in my website but the section of no captcha recaptcha is not responsive in my website, so i want to change recaptcha code in the style__rtl.css to this code for mobile display:

.rc-anchor-light ( width:291px; }
.rc-anchor-normal .rc-anchor-checkbox-label { width:90px; }

I saw the inspect element where the style__rtl.css is read from this address:
https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2/r20161004153729/styles__rtl.css

How can i override style__rtl.css of no chaptcha recaptcha from this address in my website?
