CSS file is blocking

Hi! The minification options from Breeze already increased my speed significantly. However, there are still 2 sources of problems with GoogleSpeed PageInsights. One of them is the problem that a css file in the breeze map is blocking and causing delay.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
I already inserted this url as an exception in the Breeze configuration, but unfortunately this dind’t help.
