CSS editor Changes not reflecting on mobile

    I have scoured the forums here looking to see if I can figure out why the CSS changes I have made to the stylesheet is not reflecting.

    The simple issue is on mobile screens (max width 600px) the drop down menu item background color is wrong. I have changed it in the style sheet and yet when I view and inspect element (using Chrome) it still shows the old CSS and the wrong color.

    I have cleared the browsers cache, I have used an incognito window, I have used OTHER browsers, my mobile device (iphone 6) and there are no cache plugins on the site.

    My company is the hosting provider and we do not use CloudFlare or any other cache either.
