css edition [responsive]

Hi this is my template https://www.webcapitaltop.com, I′m trying editing CSS from my theme options, because I need put the form in the free place beside the slider, but I don′t get it, I′ve tried with float property, could someone help me?

Also need it is responsive I′m using the responsive template.
