css doesnt seem to be working on my new wp site?

  • I uploaded my website that i created on my pc… i edited all the necessary requirements in the appearance like sideBar.php etc etc… and edited them with my coding but it just seems as though im missing something or i havnt linked my style sheet properly…
    Im new to wordpress…
