CSS displaying differently in two different sites

Hello, Hopefully using 2 links has worked; we will see. No, it didn’t so I will add the other link here [ redundant link removed ] I would appreciate you comparing these pages. I have added this for sale section to the wagra-beef site today and am using the identical Style sheet for both sites. Yet, as you might see, the submenu links will not display as #009900 as they are in the wagra-dexter site. I have tried everything and looked everywhere. I even tried to add in some custom css but nothing is working. I would really really appreciate some help from someone. Thanks.
