When using SiteOrigin elements like buttons or accordion, the elements are displayed correctly when setting in the back office, however, the CSS is not taken into account in front and it is displayed under as text.

Also, pages with elements set for a long time have no problem until the page is updated. If it is updated, the problem appears.

I disabled all extensions, the theme and even rolled back SiteOrigin, but nothing worked.

    WP : 6.1.1
    SiteOrigin : 1.45.0

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Are there any caching or performance optimization plugins in use? Or perhaps a plugin added by your hosts under the Drop-In category on the Plugins page?

    Hi Andrew,

After further testing, I managed to identify the source of the problem.

The problem is triggered because of my configuration of the AAM (Advanced Access Manager) extension. I reconfigured from scratch (but with identical parameters) the access of the different roles and that seems to have solved the display problem. However, I have not been able to identify the precise element that triggered it.

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for keeping us updated. I’m glad to hear the issue is resolved. It’s always a bit frustrating not being able to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem; I’ve certainly been there.

All the best with your site. Please, don’t hesitate to get in touch if queries or requests arise in the future.
