CSS conversion problems

Hello,

There is a massive problem with CSS conversion.
After saving settings in some plugins the parsi date converts all dot number separators in slashes and it causes problems when loading pages.

for instance 49.9% will be converted to 49/9% and it causes many issues in themes and plugins.
