CSS Changes tempremental

Hey,

I’m new to WordPress and CSS coding etc etc
Im’ setting up a site using the ‘WiseBusiness’ template.

My problem is simply this. I make changes to my text witihn the style.css stylesheet. The changes don’t appear when I view the site. However, this is specific to colour change. Everything else about the text I can change easily. But when I try to change the colour, nothing happens??!! Its very annoying.

Here is the code i’m editing:

#homeHeader #headerText a {
color:#1273CE;
text-transform:uppercase;
}

As you can see, the colour here is what i changed it to. If you check my site: https://www.samuelowencarr.com you can see that it is something entirely differnt.

Changing the ‘text-transform’ option produces visable changes, the colour does not.
