is it possibe to not delete old css combine files? i run into situations when css file is not found and it breaks the pages. this is because cached page is served with old css file. so if it is not deleted it will not break pages.

i was sure this is how it works, but now i look and old files are gone.

at some point i saw a lot of files in litespeed directory so i was thinking it does not delete the files, but now there is only one recent css file

@edmundspr as long as LSC default behaviour is not changed: when cache needs to be updated(when it expires) it will create a new combined file that will be used as needed. Even if old files are deleted the new files will be used when generating file names in html.

yes but if some page is served from cache it will ask for old file . There is no need to delete old files because it will then serve page with no css . Which is why what happens now

@edmundspr please send a report from LSC => toolbox => report => click on “Send to Litespeed” and share the ID generated

@edmundspr just from report: try turning off this setting https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#serve-stale
