CSS Breaks while configuring

Hi. I love the theme! It’s amazing! But sadly, whenever I install it onto my website CSS breaks. I install normally and nothing breaks but then while I’m configuring it it will randomly break CSS on the front page – the website background is replaced with a grey background, the text that usually goes over the header turns into a blue hyperlink above it, the header is in the wrong spot.

I’ll try to replicate it but I’ve tried ~3 times now to install it again and it seems really inconsistent as to when it happens.

Also I’m noticing that there is no way to change the font on the header – I had to use CSS to change it.
