CSS and Js Error in console

    i get this error in my browser console when i load my site.It says Js and css files are missing.i think this is due to a cache problem as i activated w3 cache and disable it after that this happened!Is it ok to remove the plugin and reinstall it? or is there a way to recover this without doing so as i got more than three ninja forms in my site!
