css and images not loading unless logged in

My blog looks different when I’m logged in and when I’m not logged in. Many of the changes made to the CSS using Customizer don’t show up, some of the css for plugins don’t show up, and images for galleries including in the sidebar don’t load when I am logged out. When I am logged in, everything works as it should.

I also just noticed that this only happens on certain posts and pages. I have no idea what is happening. I have never encountered anything like this before. I don’t have any cache plugins, I cleared my browser cache, I tried multiple browsers, I toggled the cache service of my host provider service, and everything else I could think of.
