Css and fonts loading

    Hi, I don’t understand why the minified .js file and the excluded .js are loaded first (whether inserted in “JS Deferred Excludes”, or not), and then the .css excluded from minification and fonts are loaded.
    The excluded .css file and the fonts are in the header.
    The “Font Display Optimization” function is set to Swap.
    How is it possible?
