    That’s a bit (as in very, really far, not close at all) outside of the topic of WordPress. ??

    SSL is handled by your web server configuration before you get to WordPress. Try contacting GoDaddy support, I am sure they’ve had that question before.

    Once you have successfully configured SSL on your web server then you can work on configuring WordPress to use SSL encryption.
