CSE https redirects

I have this plugin installed on my WP and when I checked the site with Gtmetrix I get a message to remove the following redirects:
https://www.google.com/cse/cse.js?cx=…
https://cse.google.com/cse/cse.js?cx=…https://www.google.com/cse/static/pt_PT/google_custom_search_watermark.gif
https://www.google.com/cse/static/en-GB/google_custom_search_watermark.gifIs something related to the plugin? Can I remove this redirections?
