[cs_usertipp] does not work

Hello, the shortcode [cs_usertipp] does not do anything when in insert it on a page. It just renders out the string ([cs_usertipp]). [cs-userstats] is working fine and shows all the info for the EM 2016 championship. Any idea what might be the problem?
