It is indeed a late reply, 1 month has passed. Unfortunately, according to PatchStack, the vulnerability has not yet been completely fixed, only partially https://patchstack.com/database/vulnerability/extra-product-options-for-woocommerce/wordpress-extra-product-options-for-woocommerce-plugin-3-0-3-cross-site-scripting-xss-vulnerability
