    Hello
we have our posts generated and automatically loaded by third party service
they provide image for each post

The image is cropped after it is automatically uploaded.
We have the settings configured like this https://c2n.me/4eOVvdE
Can you kindly advice where we need to disable that image crop?

The option from WordPress settings for thumbnails doesn’t help here.
    Thank you!

    Hi @beardev

It looks like you load 1250x438px thumbnail on that page.

Imagify will not crop images. I guess this size (1250px in width) is added by your theme, so it would be ideal to find out where is it defined and to modify it to skip cropping.

Or you can use another thumbnail size that is similar in width and that is not cropped.

Your original image is not cropped so you can check other thumbnails by appending its’ size to the image name and see which one is not cropped.

Hope this helps. I will mark this thread as “Resolved” as the problem is not related to Imagify. Anyway, feel free to get back to us with your feedback or any further questions, we are happy to help.

    Best Regards
    Marko
