Hi! I have an issue. Basically first it looks great on full size desktop with a fullwidth image and it is all great. However, on the mobile version, because it is landscape and it is unstretched the image once you go from landscape to portrait on a small screen is that the image becomes very small. I would like for it to instead just crop of from the sides.

Is there any way of doing that?

Btw, I found one of the theme or setup or whatever that actually allows that. However, how can I make sure it works the same?!

Again, I do not have access to the layers. I saw videos where there was options to add layers and timing and stuff like that but in my (free) version I do not have those options. I can add media like a normal post but I do not have these options with text layers and so on.

    Hi again,

Please note that you do not need to work with layers. While the mentioned article is written for the Master Slider Pro version, you can still follow the general approach for the responsiveness.

The answer to your first question is no. There are no options available to crop the images with a different aspect ratio in the mobile size.
The best option is to have another customized slider for mobile on your page.

This method is described in the last section of the responsive article. Please follow that and you should be able to get the results you are looking for.

If you need any further information, please let me know.
