Crop Header image not working

  • I am running a brand new WP install on Windows Server 2012 R2

    I try to post a new header image, however the select and crop doesn’t show the selected image all it shows is a tiny broken image in the upper-left hand corner. That little broken image is where the crop function is supposed to be, it does not work at all, it cannot be bypassed, and attempting to insert the image non-cropped does nothing.
    So, I cannot insert a custom header image using the GUI in the wordpress.

    Please, I need help, Googling around hasn’t brought up much results and I really want to fix this so I can roll out my new WP site.

  • Hi this is the issue with the Media Library path,
    Simply update it from settings and it will work for sure.
    You need to check settings > Media there you can see how they manage images in server. If you used custom path roll it back to default that can help you in solving this issue.

    are you able to share source code or snip for that page where you are getting error? then it can help in finding the exact reason as well.
