I’m finding your plugin great to work with. When I use it in the media library it is cropping images well.

However, I’ve just noticed an area where it isn’t working.

When I’m on a post and click on the featured image, in the media dialog box that opens when I have an image selected the “Crop Featured Image” is there, in the right hand column, just above the “Set Featured Image” button, however clicking “Crop Featured Image” on this dialog does nothing.

Perhaps it’s not intentional for that Crop Featured Image button to be seen on that screen? If so, it could be hidden. However, I’m hoping it can be made to work on that screen, as it would be very useful for quickly editing the crop of that specific featured image, instead of having to hunt for it in the media library.

Sorry for the trouble – the crop button is now working for me within the featured image dialog. And once the featured image has been set, the “Crop Featured Image” button underneath it is working too. Not sure why it didn’t work for me at first, but a few minutes later it is all working well now.

    hi @jodamo5,
thanks for notification, that the problem is resolved.
The problem may be caused by an javascript error on the page. Crop-Thumbnails added the buttons and its functionality by javascript – if an error occures before (i.e. by another plugin) the functionality may be broken.

Glad it worked for you now.
