Hi, my images doesn’t crop in gallery after updated to 1.6. It happens on my 2 websites (different hosts). Please fix it ??

It works only when I restore files from 1.5.9.

    Hello akyusa01,

I upgraded to 1.6.0.2 and on the album covers, the images are still not cropped. Wasn’t this fixed only in galleries, but not albums? Here https://www.skiclubbrno.cz/fotogalerie/ the settings are saying the images should crop to same dimensions.

    Thanks,
    Marek

    Hi Marek ??

There was an update pushed out to the Albums Addon (1.4.0.1) at the same time as the 1.6.0.2 update. Can you please verify what version of albums you are running?

It could be a different issue.

    Please let me know, thanks!

    Hello Akyusa01,

yes, the Albums Addon is up to date (1.4.0.1) still I’m experiencing this issue.
    Example here: https://www.skiclubbrno.cz/fotogalerie/

    Thank you,
    Marek

    Hi Marek ??

I inspected the code on the page and it appears that none of the images have had the cropped image created: https://cloud.supportally.com/3x102e3q192T

This can be a few different things:

    1. The hosting company does not have the Imagick Library installed on the server. Envira uses this to grab the original image and create a new image that is cropped.
    2. The permissions are the image are not set to 755 or at least 664. If the hosting company runs a script that checks/changes the permissions of the images periodically it could be that Envira doesn’t have the correct permissions to create this cropped image for you.
    3. The images are housed off site using a CDN or something of this nature.

If you are not sure about any of the above, could you please go to https://enviragallery.com/contact/, log in and submit a support question please so we can continue to investigate the issue?

    Thanks ??
