cron task dont run when it’ server cron service (not wp cron function)

cron jobs no longer launch when using the server cron service instead of the wordpress wp-cron function. It look be only with your plugin other cron work well, there is probably the problem then how to launch the cron task in the plugin code? How to solve this problem?
