Cron seems not working

How do I check if WP-CRON is working correctly? And what CHMOD should it be set to?

Unable to download automatically and once I use the Download Now button it’s puts them to the Tweets-page but doesn’t create a published post out of them.

Same here. Exactly the same as JustHenk-Jan. I’ve tried to work with the plugin core control and everything looks ok as you can see here. The other cron jobs run regularly
