cron not running

  • hello,

    i am running wp 3.0.1 at hostgator on linux centos. My cron jobs are past due to run and do not run when i visit my site. The only run when i visit the wp-cron.php url. also i dont have any caching plugins.

    does anyone know a solution to fix this?
