Cron (manual) upload to GCS

Hello,
I have probably a strange issue – btw your plugin works well, BUT, if few users at the same time upload their posts with images, it took so much time to get their post published, because of processing time…

Is there any option to get all media files to upload on a server first and then bulk upload to GCS via cron or manually? At the same time, I wish to use stateless mode.
