Cron job showing error but seems to be working?

  • This plugin seems to be working very well, so I just enabled the options in Preload > Restart after completed using the guide in your help pages to set up a cron job.

    However, when I view the page it always shows ‘ERROR’ in red writing next to each of the responses, even though it appears to be working correctly.

    Is this a bug and it’s working, or does it mean there’s an issue?

    To clarify, the cron job I have set up is showing as running successfully, it’s only the page itself (and the response from the cron job running) where I can see the error wording.

    it does not work. There must be a problem on the curl() function.

    There may be a security protection. this is not an error actually.

    I have Wordfence installed, but even when disabled it still shows the same error.

    Is it a problem? First you said it does not work but then you said this is not an error?

    I wanted to mean that there is no error in wp fastest cache. Just something does not allow curl() function to run.

    Ok, thanks. Is there a way I can see what the error is so I can ask my host?

    If there is an error, is the preload not working at all or is it working but the auto-restart just isn’t working? Should I disable it?

    I recommend you to disable the preload option. We need to make debug to find out the error reason.

    Ok, I’ve disabled the option and the cron job for now until there is a debug option. I hope we can find the problem and fix it as I really like the plugin – it’s the only caching plugin that actually has a noticeable effect on loading time for my sites.
