• Hi

I have a client with a daily newsletter and in the past 3 days the newsletter is not sending as normal. In the error logs, isee a lot of messages with:

cron.ERROR: Sending frequency limit has been reached. {“error”:”[object] (Exception(code: 0): Sending frequency

The site it is hosted on Cloudways.

The cron job settings are – Server side cron (Linux cron) – with the recomended code and frequency.

I am using AWS SES with the recommended sending frequency – 100 email per 5 min

I have a paid subscription and already sent a support ticket but no response.

    Does anybody had this issue?

    Thank you

    Hi @paulogonalves,

cron.ERROR: Sending frequency limit has been reached. {“error”:”[object] (Exception(code: 0): Sending frequency

By default, MailPoet doesn’t impose any limits on sending through a 3rd party sending service.
    ?
Therefore, I suggest you double-check the limits on Amazon side.

You may also want to try setting up Linux cron following?these steps?to see if that makes a difference.
    ?
Let us know how it goes or need further help.
