Using a wp-cron viewer I can see all the actions on the site that have cron entries and their schedules. When a newsletter won’t send I go to the viewer and can see that sola_cron_send_hook is gone. Disabling and Enabling the plugin restores the sola_cron_send_hook entry and the newsletter continues sending normally.

Is there something that can be done to keep the sola_cron_send_hook entry from getting removed? I thought it could be Wordfence, but so far haven’t seen any real evidence to point to that.

    Thanks for any ideas!

  • Hi Thane

We’ve found that in some cases the cron ‘gets lost’ but haven’t been able to pin point the cause of this as it’s quite intermittent. As you said, deactivating/activating the plugin will rectify this.

Have you found that this happens randomly, or after a certain event?

We are looking into this and trying to replicate & resolve it on our side in the mean time though.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.
