Spotted the latest update (1.2.1) with the following in the change log.

Fixed: Undefined index HTTP_HOST issue when run on cron job

I was experiencing an issue that was being flagged by my hosting relating to high CPU seconds and relating to the high number of products attached to this page:

    https://www.letsgoastrothomastown.com/astro-turf-pitch-sale/

After some investigation we pinpointed it to something internal indexing all the products. What this was we weren’t particularly sure. Is it a possibility that the above change log issue was the cause?

In any event the reason for using the plugin was removed from the site configuration so we haven’t had it enabled for a number of weeks now. This coincides with not having any issues since with CPU usage.

    Hi @irishetcher,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I have thoroughly reviewed your message ??

The issue we fixed in the recent update of our plugin is not directly related to the internal issue you encountered.

With all due respect, the issue you described above is quite unusual and hasn’t been reported by any of our users so far.

Previously, the script responsible for disabling plugins was running unexpectedly during cron jobs which is not required, and we have optimized this in the latest update.

There is a possibility that it might be the reason why you encountered such an unexpected issue. However, we are not sure if this was the root cause. Could you please try using the latest version of the plugin?

In case the issue persists after that, please immediately inform us.

Our support team is always ready to assist you.

    Kindest regards,
    Tarek Aziz

    Thanks Trarek,

Agree, it’s a tough one to pin point. As I’m not using the plugin on this project anymore it’s hard to determine it’s effect, if any, along wiht other things that have bee changed as well. The issue, for the last number of weeks at least, has gone away.

Thanks again for taking a look.

You are so very welcome @irishetcher

I appreciate your valuable response in this regard.

Oh! I understand that you are not using the plugin anymore. Anyway, I am glad to hear that you haven’t come across the same issue for weeks now.

If possible, please give it a try on another project of yours and share your precious remarks. This would help us a lot ??

Wishing you a wonderful day ahead!

    Best regards,
    Tarek Aziz
