Cron “Action_Scheduler_Run_Queue” (Fails Constantly)

    Thanks for reaching out. When you get a chance, could you please share the screenshot from wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler? It could be that cron is disabled by your hosting provider. If that is not the case, there’s already a report about this in the upstream (Action Scheduler) and hopefully, it will get sorted out soon.

    Hi Sanjeev,

    Unfortunately, given our constant issues with V2.1.1 and up, we deprecated WP Mail SMTP to V2.01. Everything is working fine now.

    In response to your request, we do not use WP Cron (disabled). Instead we use a Real Cron. All other crons perform well and/or fire within their allotted time.

    Please know that before we reported above issue, for testing purposes, we changed our Real Cron to run during different intervals (5′, 20′, one hour, twelve hours). Still, the above cron kept failing.

    Given your input (see below), we’ll wait for V2.3 or V2.4 to be released before we update WP Mail SMTP.
