It sounds like you have different issues with Client Portal. I’m going to answer your questions one by one as follows ??
When i click on login without putting my login information, it takes me to www.remarpro.com login page
Contacts can only log into the Client Portal if they have a WP Admin user account on the site.
Also I do not see an option for new customers to register for an account if they want to on the client portal page.
You have three options for generate a WordPress.com account for your contacts:
– Manually create a WP Admin user with the same contact email address
– When viewing a contact, go to the Client Portal tab and click the Generate WordPress User button
– Enable the Generate WordPress Users for new contacts option in Jetpack CRM Settings > Client Portal
If you not want to generate WP Admin users for contacts, they can use Easy Access Links instead. These are special links that allow quotes and invoices to be viewed by contacts without a login. This option is also located in Jetpack CRM Settings > Client Portal.
