CRM does not matter WordPress users

    I am very excited about this plugin, to cancel my subscription to Pipedrive.

    However, doing many tests, I realized that:

    The plugin does not automatically import WordPress users. As it should be when configuring on the Settings> CRM> Automatic import page.

    It is only working if you import manually in Tools> Import> Import users into CRM.

    I tested creating users manually in WordPress and also creating via Gravity Forms.

    Did you mean the previous WP Users or the new users? The option in Settings> CRM> Automatic import page is for the new WP users, not the existing users.

    And for the existing users, you need to either import them or import one by one as creating a contact.(While you input the email to create a contact, if a user already have with that email, it’ll ask to import directly in a single click)
