    Hello,

WP ERP is an incredible plugin and tool, so many great features.

I was working to import company contacts in the CRM via a CSV file, based on the sample one from with the CRM import page. On the import tab I map the columns from the CSV, though when I click the import button, it redirects me to the admin dashboard. No companies are imported (tried small about 5 rows of data, and large several hundred rows, with the same result).

Might I be doing something incorrectly? Any ideas won how I might get the import to work?

I certainly apprecite any thoughts that can be shared.

    Thanks

    Hello @wp2874,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We would request you to check the following-

    1. Turn on WordPress debug mode and check if there is any error message during the process.
    2. You can also check the browser console for messages.
    3. There could be a plugin or script conflict. So you can disable all the plugins except WP ERP and switch to a default WordPress theme during the process.

I would also request you to send the CSV file to support at wperp dot com for further investigation.

Thank you for your time and cooperation ??

    Hello,

Thanks for your time and reply. I have tried the suggestions, though the issue remains. Details below:

    1. Turned debug mode on via adding the debug line to the wp-config.php file, though no errors came up when trying the import process

    2. Checked the console in firefox in firebug, no errors came up during import process

    3. Disabled all plugins except the ERP plugin (and using a defaut wordpress theme). Ran import, was redirected to wordpress admin page and no contacts imported (disabled the plugins before trying items 1 & 2, to reduce the variables at play)

Also tried importing via chrome browser, same things experienced.

Just sent an email to the address you mentioned, with an attached csv to look into.

Please let me know if you might have any other suggestions, I appreciate your time and help very much, and look forward to using this CRM, the ERP tool looks great.

    Thanks
