    Ive been working on quotes in crm and everytime i email a draft from CRM the link in the email takes me to a page that doesnt work. I used the sample template web design as a draft and the same thing keeps happening. The link to view the quote wont work nor does it allow to view any pdf attachments. Client portal page will not display dashboard just keeps showing the page doesnt exist.

    Easy access link not working when i send a quote from CRM. T”page not found” when you click the link. How do i fix this?

    The Easy access link issue showing “Page Not Found” error is likely due to the Client Portal page not showing properly on your end too.

    Please check if you have a Client Portal page set up from Jetpack CRM > Settings > Client Portal. Please see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/t4wtVR

    Jetpack CRM automatically creates a Client Portal page with the shortcode when the plugin is installed.

    In case you don’t have a Client Portal page created or it has been deleted, please create a new page with that shortcode.

    Let us know if that resolves your issue with Client Portal page dashboard and the easy access link.

    I deleted it all after I sent the message because nothing wasn’t working. That’s why it’s not showing on my end and not the reason it isn’t working.

    The page is created but the dashboard is all I can access. It doesn’t allow me to view quotes or the other tabs when I send them from CRM.

    For now, I recommend not reinstalling CRM unless you have a very fresh backup of your site; we’ll get back to you and check your site shortly, so if you can hold on in there, I suggest not to do anything for now.
