Hi there! I’ve got a client with some pretty specific needs. They need to:
Back office login/dashboard
? For customers
o Update shipping frequency, shipping and billing information, etc.
o Schedule/make payments
o Monitor order status
? For Admin
o Monitor changes to shipping frequency, shipping information, etc.
Referral/Affiliate Program
? Functionality that allows customers to keep track of referral points and apply them to future purchases
? Ability for visitors to sign up to become a brand representative to market memberships
CRM/Sales Automation
? Ability to track transactions and touch points, segment users, and reach out with specific messaging based on where they are in the sales process
