CriticalCSS: Google Maps Api blocks rendering

Hi Frank,

another render blocking script:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyAtTr98FPglJL7nEodRmS_9oMD8562RE7c&ver=3.0′></script>

It is not deferred, obviously (however I checked JS-combine-deferreing-option).

What can I do? Load asynchronously?
