Critical WP Error

Sorry to hear that you encounter some issues with our plugin.

You have a plugin conflict: WordPress loads the wrong version of a class, and in your configuration, it raises an error.

Some plugins are already known to be not compatible with our plugin. Do you use one of them?

If not, could you deactivate one by one your plugin to find which one is responsible of the problem?
Could you also post your system report available from the “Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics” menu?

The offending plugin, in its current version, is an indispensable one, wp-rocket

WP-Rocket upgraded one of their component and so, we are not compatible any more.

We have an option issue for this.
https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/issues/642
It should be fixed in the next major Matomo release (The upcoming one).

In the meantime, you can downgrade WP-rocket to a version compatible with our plugin:

There are no security fixes published since, so it should not be a problem.
