Site is running fine but latest updates have meant that I now see this on logs now and again, what is it and why is it happening with the new releases?

All my plugins are upto date.

    Hi there @raydelta ??

Thanks for reaching out about this. Let’s troubleshoot it together!

Site is running fine but latest updates have meant that I now see this on logs now and again, what is it and why is it happening with the new releases?

All my plugins are upto date.

From what I gather, the log is reporting issues with sync, between the site and Facebook.

Given that the Facebook for WooCommerce version 3.1.9 was published 2 weeks ago, at the time of writing this, could you elaborate further on what were the latest updates that were performed on the site?

Moreover, did you already have a chance to test with resetting the connection settings, with the debug tools, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
